Prior to performing any work on the vehicle I was informed of service that was needed and of the cost. I was able to consider a plan to conduct this service so that the vehicle would perform safely and I could plan to include the cost into my budget.
I appreciate the staff and the manner in which they conduct business and provide customer service.
