eMedical Urgent Care

I could not have been more impressed. Very efficient and caring staff. Check in process was super pleasant. My first visit at their urgent care facility in NJ, and I did not know what to expect, They were a 10 out of 10. Nice to see they actually care.

All urgent cares have a reputation of being nasty, impatient with no bedside manner. THIS place blew me away - from the front desk, Nurse and Doctor being SO nice/caring to the bathrooms being extremely clean (it’s the little things).
Before coming, I called and spoke to a receptionist and he explained everything we needed to know before arriving, I appreciated his advice, I’m so happy I took my husband to this facility.

This EMO office has been my safety net for the past forty years. This visit reinforced my respect and trust in the office. The physician-in-charge and the supporting team worked in perfect harmony, just like a finely-tuned orchestra, all for the well-being of the patient. Every member of the team discharged the respective specialty methodically and with compassion.
Within an hour after my arrival, the situation was diagnosed and properly remedied. It is an important point that what was diagnosed and remedied here had gone undiagnosed/untreated by two other local UC facilities in the previous five days.
