Fire's Speed, Strength, and Agility Training

Coach Mike is GREAT! He is amazing with kids. My son is 4 years old and was totally against doing any sports. We found Fire's "Top Prospect" training session for ages 4-7 and he loves it! Mike really knows how to get the kids to have play, interact and learn new skills. He makes mastering the basic skills fun. He is so patient and can you tell he loves what he does. Our family is grateful for finding this program and HIGHLY RECOMMEND it.

Another added benefit is paying as you go per class. We are not locked in monthly fee, that we have to pay when we can't attend. I think this is a wonderful benefit to work with our schedules and budget.

Give Coach Fire's classes a try you wont be disappointed!

My son (5 yrs old) has been going to the top prospect class for the last 6 months and he enjoys it a lot. Coach Fire is very good with teaching the fundamentals to the young ones and making it fun for them at the same time.

My son loves working with Mike. He looks forward to going every week and comes home feeling that he is making progress. Mike really loves what he does and his enthusiasm definitely transfers to the kids. Highly recommended.

To say my son loves Fire’s Training class is an understatement! He attends the age 5-7 class and it’s absolutely perfect for him. The kids all have a great time playing games with fun music, while also learning important skills physically that will benefit them in so many ways. Mike Firestone is an awesome coach and we’re thankful to have a fun activity for our son to go to!

Coach Mike is awesome! My daughter loves his “total athlete” sessions. He really loves what he does and makes the kids feel comfortable. Not only does he train them physically but mentally as well. I definitely recommend Coach Mike, you will not regret it.
