(November 28, 2018, 1:54 pm)We needed a new thermostat and the gas furnace required preventive maintenance. Your technicians got right to it - both very professional. The new programmable thermostat controls heating cycles much better than the old Chronotherm III. As for the "tuned up" furnace, I expect it will get us through the winter with ease and few, if any, "'no heat" situations. I will not hesitate to recommend Good Tidings to anyone expressing plumbing, AC or heating needs.

I’m sure their whole staff is trained along the same guidelines, however i was very impressed with the level of service today.

(November 20, 2018, 10:00 am)Friendly, accommodating and quick to respond and be available. Called Saturday night and someone was here late morning on Sunday. Prices are competitive and same whether it’s a weekday or weekend! Adam was super helpful and patient explaining actions and options. As a first time home buyer felt comfortable and confident with Adam and this company’s abilities.

Tech Adam came to my home on appointment time scheduled ready to help me with my no heat issue. Being disabled he was considerate, warm and showed a caring personality Adam was knowledgeable and diagnosed my problem. Very thorough and explained all before billing he took the time to make sure all questions were heard and addressed
Adam is a kind, professional young man and I would recommend him to all my friends and family Adam is a great technician and if any issues I have I would request him. You can not go wrong. A man if his word and insured me he stands by his work. Made my day!!
(October 24, 2018, 2:01 pm)We had a great experience with Good Tidings and have already recommended the company to friends. We had an issue with our cast iron baseboard system leaking and Good Tidings sent a gentlemen who was knowledgeable on cast iron. He was able to fix the problem rather than replace the entire system. The prices were very reasonable and they were extremely professional.
