Shell Chiropractic and Wellness

Glad I found this practice. Dr. Shell is very nice and attentive. Props to the cool name and seashell logo to go along with her business. The office at the Cranford location is very nice. It’s in an old yet cool building on a quiet beautiful residential street. Her practice is right inside and to the right of the front entrance. The office is very clean, and the air diffuser makes it smell so good and relaxing. There is a small parking lot but it’s often full looking but its been very easy for me to park right in front on the street. Plenty of spots to park near the building.
I look forward to my visits. I’ve been coming for treatment of what turned into chronic lower back pain. The first part of my sessions consist of electrical muscle stimulation with heating/cooling pads and is very relaxing. Then Dr. Shell finds and addresses my problem areas and adjusts/cracks my back and neck too if needed.
I also want to say that the music played in the office is also something I find particularly enticing and relaxing. Always playing soft orchestral versions of classic and pop songs. Will definitely come back when needed in the future.
