“Glad I found this practice. Dr. Shell is very nice and attentive. Props to the cool name and seashell logo to go along with her business. The office at the Cranford location is very nice. It’s in an old yet cool building on a quiet beautiful residential street. Her practice is right inside and to the right of the front entrance. The office is very clean, and the air diffuser makes it smell so good and relaxing. There is a small parking lot but it’s often full looking but its been very easy for me to park right in front on the street. Plenty of spots to park near the building. I look forward to my visits. I’ve been coming for treatment of what turned into chronic lower back pain. The first part of my sessions consist of electrical muscle stimulation with heating/cooling pads and is very relaxing. Then Dr. Shell finds and addresses my problem areas and adjusts/cracks my back and neck too if needed. I also want to say that the music played in the office is also something I find particularly enticing and relaxing. Always playing soft orchestral versions of classic and pop songs. Will definitely come back when needed in the future.”

“I worked with Dave for 2 years and had fantastic results - unfortunately our time ended because I relocated to California. I'm an avid cyclist and started with Dave after a crash resulted in a broken collarbone. I needed to start resistance training to rebuild my upper body and Dave was great - making sure we went slow and steady with good form - so as to not aggravate my injury. He also listened to my requests for cycling specific strength exercises. “After one of the rear panels on my car was crunched in a parking lot hit-and-run, I chose Benner's for the repair, primarily based on their high review score, but I have to admit that I wasn't prepared to be blown away by the work. I'm gratified to report that my expectations were exceeded in every possible way. The repair work itself was absolutely top-notch and I've included the photos to prove it. The car doesn't just look like it was never damaged - it looks like it did when it first rolled off the lot in 2016. Beyond that, every interaction I had with staff at the shop was professional and courteous. The wheel alignment I received as part of the repair has changed my definition of 'straight'. “I took the free class at the MAX in Cranford, thinking this would be like any other workout class that I would do once or twice and get bored. Boy was I wrong ! You feel the energy once you enter and the warm smiles welcoming you is amazing. I'll never forget how kind the legacy members were with me on my first day/s. Teaching me form, encouraging me and welcoming me to the class. When I wanted to quit or thought I couldn't do it the trainers speak to you and give you that motivation you so desperately lack when you're tired and feel defeated. Ooh did I mention I do a 5am class ? Me !! A non-morning person ! Lol. Yes, that is how much I enjoy it. I make sure to get my workout in before work since then life happens and my son owns my time after work. Each class is offered multiple times throughout the day to make sure to fit into everyone's busy schedule. I have lost inches and pounds during this challenge. But most of all I have learned how to eat the proper foods and enjoy it. It's not a diet for me ! I eat food that I enjoy and still get a to indulge every now and then. I can play soccer with my son! To me, that is priceless and I couldn't have gotten here without the MAX AT CRANFORD . Thank you!!”
