“I am a female student studying over 20 years with Josan Lu Karate and I am grateful every day that I found this karate school. I personally believe karate should be taught to all woman (and men) especially during these times. Owner Hanshi Sana Bennett, a 9th degree black belt is a wonderful instructor of this traditional style of karate whose foundation is the Kyokushin Kai Karate. Our teachings go beyond punching and kicking, we are taught to be respectful, kind, humble and grateful without even realizing it. You will get a total mind, body and spirit workout here. “This dunkin is one if my favorites because the workers are always super nice. They're pretty good at handling busy hours, also. I've never waited a long time, even when they had a line. With that being said, I think they close kind of early. Like 630 or something. There is another Dunkin in the area and they close early, too.”

Juliet cuts my hair, and she is by far the most professional and caring hair stylist, I have ever came across in NJ. “Dan is the best! Very friendly and professional. I always leave here on clouds. I’ve had massages at other spas before but Dan is definitely consistent and gives good pressure so I always go to him. He helped my shoulder and back a lot especially since I’m always traveling for work. Edit: I just had the best facial! Facials at ME are usually pretty standard, but Kayla had such great advice and techniques that really took the experience above and beyond. My skin is glowing and I’ve never felt more refreshed. What a great way to start the day! I highly recommend going to see Kayla specifically.”
