The crew they sent was professional, courteous, and friendly from the very start, from the emails and phone calls with Ian all the way through packing a four bedroom house into a two bedroom Brooklyn apartment. All the furniture and fragile items arrived safely, no damage. They didn't scuff the house or the apartment on move-out/move-in. They were very patient when my new building was slow to give us access to the apartment. Lots of joking and laughter, which is always a good stress relief during something as icky as move. These were ace guys, every single one of them. I highly recommend.”

“Great company with awesome customer service! I used NJ decorative concrete for a metallic epoxy coating for a 1500sqft shop I built at my house. I was having issues trying to order the product from a different distributor and the company that manufactures the product sent me to Nj decorative concrete. The owner personally called me that same day after business hours just to make sure he touched base with me. I was very impressed with the customer service! I told the owner this was my first time installing a epoxy floor, he told me don’t worry call me before you do it and I’ll walk you through it. I called before I started and he spent almost an hour on the phone explaining the steps in extreme detail. I wrote everything down and followed his process as best I could. The floor turned out amazing! I highly recommend this company!”
