JJ Bergamo Auto & Tire Center

I’ve been having the worst luck with my vehicle lately. I was driving down 1-9 & felt that my car was off, then heard an unusual thumping sound that I have never heard before & then a strong odor. Luckily it happened right before I passed this shop and luckily the shop was less than a minute after this happened. Panicking inside I stopped and spoke with the Guys (managers/owner) & told them what was going on. They were ON IT! They checked out my vehicle. Got a quick diagnostics & told me what was wrong and even brought me in and showed me. They were very Thorough & Knowledgeable. They gave me an estimate which wasn’t half as bad as I thought it would be & went to work. It was painless. The atmosphere is comfortable as well. I was very satisfied with the business, their work, & the hospitality. I think it was meant that I find this place. JJ Bergamo will be my new spot. I look forward to doing future work with them! They turned one of my worst days into an awesome one!

Went to JJ Bergamo for the first time today. I had an appointment at 3pm, however I got there 30 minutes early and still got taken care of immediately. I Got 4 new Tires for my 10th gen accord and they did a great job on balancing them and installing them. They have excellent equipment as opposed to other shops. They do road force balancing which is way more accurate than your typical balancer.The people that work there are very nice and some people even spoke Spanish which is great if a customer doesn’t speak English. Overall I would recommend this shop to anyone who is seeking a reliable shop to get their tires installed and balanced the correct way.

Came in for a wheel alignment. Very friendly environment. Mike and Andres were great and made sure service was done right. When a problem arose they made sure to get it up to spec as best as they could even staying past closing time.

Best part is that they took their time explaining the whole job process on what had to be done and also did the job right the first time.

Mike & Team are always up for any job I throw at them. They are honest and with the correct know how and equipment they can service and diagnose any car. With their top of the line equipment and staff they don’t do dealer level work, they do better while being fair and honest. Thanks JJ Bergamo and team!
