“I’ve been having the worst luck with my vehicle lately. I was driving down 1-9 & felt that my car was off, then heard an unusual thumping sound that I have never heard before & then a strong odor. Luckily it happened right before I passed this shop and luckily the shop was less than a minute after this happened. Panicking inside I stopped and spoke with the Guys (managers/owner) & told them what was going on. They were ON IT! They checked out my vehicle. Got a quick diagnostics & told me what was wrong and even brought me in and showed me. They were very Thorough & Knowledgeable. They gave me an estimate which wasn’t half as bad as I thought it would be & went to work. It was painless. The atmosphere is comfortable as well. I was very satisfied with the business, their work, & the hospitality. I think it was meant that I find this place. JJ Bergamo will be my new spot. I look forward to doing future work with them! “I have been using these guys for years and they go above and beyond to make sure the work is done right. I recently bought a used pick up truck and the headlights did not seem bright enough to see well at night. Todd installed the brightest lights he could find and he determined they still didn’t seem to be bright enough. (Poorly designed in the first place.) Headlight lenses were fine. He searched and found an LED upgrade replacement kit. Installed them for a reasonable price and I can see at night again. But what I appreciated was the fact that he didn’t just install the “Brightest” bulbs and then I end up in the same boat. Money spent and no big improvement. He discussed his plan with me while the car was in his shop so the communication was there too. Todd made sure the job was done right and I was happy. Thanks Todd, greatly appreciated.”
