Such a great experience! The Manager Nick Cataldo is a pleasure to deal with. My salesman Mike was amazing. Very knowledgeable guys. Got a great car at a great price!

I came into the dealership without any appointments - it was an emergency situation. I had a flat tire the night before, but the wheel lock was nowhere to be found so I was stuck unable to do anything. I got my car towed in last minute, and the service technician [I'm super upset with myself that I cannot remember this amazing gentleman's name] was absolutely wonderful from start to finish. He led me to the waiting area and made sure I was kept aware of everything that was happening. Once they were done running the diagnostics, he came and explained the situation to me. He did not make me feel pressured in any way to get the recommended services done, and he was extremely sympathetic and empathetic to my situation. I left out the same day with a rental, so I was without a car for less than 24 hours which helped minimize disruption to my personal schedule, AND my fantastic service tech made sure he maintained communication with me the whole time. Truly, one of the easiest and most painless dealership experiences I've gone through. They are not the closest Nissan dealership to me, but I will still make the trip to them for any future services because they're worth it. Thank you!

The service was excellent. All follow ups were exactly what I needed. I was kept informed on what stage the vehicle was in every step of the way. I was not pressured to do anything. What needed to be done was clear and concise. Everything was done in a timely manner. Only thing I can suggest is to continue doing this. My experience was night and day from the last time a few weeks ago.

The work was completed in a timely manner and accurately. However, the part of my visit with Nissan that was most impressive was the customer service provided by Terrance Sheffield. He was attentive and kept me updated. Although I received his text updates, he came over and made a personal appearance several times. I appreciated that someone was concerned that I was having a good experience at the time that I was there. I will certainly come back to Nissan for my auto maintenance thanks to Mr. Sheffield and Nissan!
