I called Neil the morning we had an electrical outage, and he was available to come over within the hour. He arrived on time and was able to quickly assess and resolve the issue within 20 minutes. He also showed me how to address the issue on my own next time. Later that evening, we had another outage and Neil was able to come over the next day, a Saturday, to make the repair. He didn't charge us for the repair, which is very generous. Neil also shared with us how to request a rebate for EV charger installations and was more informative than the electrician that installed the EV charger. Overall, Neil offers great service and truly cares about his clients. He's going to be my go to electrian going forward.”
