“I called this company this morning and they set up an appointment in 30 min. 2 min after the appointment time the phone rings and the office rep tells me the tech is in my drive way. I believe his name was Lam. He came in, gave me some prices I actually don’t like at all, but hey, I called them and they gave me their price, which I find fair game regardless if I like it or not. Bottom line is the tech was punctual, honest, steered me in the right direction and after his visit and advise I was able to fix one of the issues myself. Thank you Rob, Lam and office rep.”
