They are more than a gym.... we are a family. The only thing that’s the same in every class are the warm smiles, tough workout and lots of sweat!!!

That being said Vita stands apart by providing some of the most difficult and challenging classes with passionate and talented instruction. In addition, if your goal is to participate and succeed in Spartan races their SGX classes are beyond compare.
(August 16, 2018, 10:50 pm)Vita is the absolute best! All of the trainers have the ability to push you past the limits that you think you have! I have a new mindset and owe it all to the amazing team here! I also have followed a nutrition plan with Vita’s amazing nutritionist and have had unbelievable success! Love these guys!
(August 16, 2018, 1:13 pm)Let me just start off day saying... this place is absolutely AMAZING and definitively why I’ve been apart of this gym for so long. The coaches push you to your personal limit and If our committed you WILL see instant results. All of the coaches here push you to do your absolute best and help you achieve your goals every step of the way. Pattie is an awesome coach and also is a nutritional coach. She has worked with me so that i can physically and nutritionally achieve my goals. Dom is outstanding and knows when I need that extra little push on any given day. About 3 years ago I decided I wanted to run a Spartan race. I trained for months with Dom and he made sure I was ready for it. He went above and beyond and ran the race the whole way with me for support!! He’s the best. Laura and Rocco are great coaches as well! All of the coaches here gave me my confidence back and my mind and body have never felt better! If I could give more than 5 stars I would!!! This place rocks!!
