“They are always very responsive and effective in appropriately diagnosing the problem which can make a big difference in the ultimate cost of the solution. Today I thought I had a leak from my water heater. They came out within half an hour ready to replace the heater under warranty. Their plumber discovered with in 5 minutes that it was just a worn out fitter for the humidifier water line. Took 5 minutes to replace. I know I can trust their assessment of the problem from previous experiences as well. I have been using their services for many years but this is my first time actually writing a review. “Hi my name is Sara Marques and I took my 6yr old son there as a walk in because he had a loose tooth that kept bleeding and it was bothering him so much . I didn’t have insurance they wanted and was happy to pay for him to be seen. The Dentist who was a male took a X-ray and removed this tooth . He really helped my son ! Thank you so much for allowing me to walk in and get him back to feeling comfortable. I had went across the street and they didn’t even want to look at it well the secretary didn’t even ask the dentist and denied my son to be seen. Thanks to her I ended at this awesome dentist and I literally spent 5 mins with him and was out the door paid him out of pocket and my son was happy when he got home! He was a life saver! “Portions have been large and not skimpy. You can tell crispy when ordering general chow chicken or its could be soggy. The lo mein can be soggy at times so can ask for not soggy. The fried chicken wings and half chicken are very good bargain. Same with fried fish. Also, they are good about customizing your combo ingredients. I like that. Asking for no corn starch is usually followed properly but not always. So 4 star rating which is good and 1 star left for them getting better. It's a very good takeout place but you have to tell them how you like food cooked. Nice people at counter. If delivery when I'm lazy it's fast and I always give nice tip for appreciation coming in bad weather. A 5 star if they get a little better.”

“I have been going to this store for about 10 years now. The customer service and their food are consistently amazing. There are only 3 other Chinese stores that I would go to around my area and the only reason would go to those other ones are because they are cheaper and their hours of operation. But in regards to how good the food is and the quality of taste none of them are actually better than this one. No other store can beat their fried rice nor their vegetable rolls. Their beef and broccoli is amazing, especially if coupled with their beef fried rice. All I can say is I feel sorry for taking this long to give them the review they deserve. If I had the money to eat here everyday I swear I would. They even offer healthy steamed options!”
