“I purchased new tires here and sure enough 2 weeks later I end up with a screw in one tire and it had to be replaced. I tried going to a place in Platte City first, but they were going to be 4 hours. I got right in at tires plus. It was 3 hours quicker and $50 cheaper. Great service and great prices. I’ll definitely be going back. Josh was particularly helpful that day.”

Courtney was extremely patient the whole time dealing with me and answering all of my questions and any concerns I had. She was also able to relate to me which made it more comfortable for me to talk to her. Courtney is the true definition of a excellent employee for PNC. Her customer service skills are greatly appreciated. I definitely feel like she went above and beyond to do everything in her power to help me and explained different strategies that would be best for me.
