“I know its hard to believe what people post up, but please know that this is truly true. My mother is on a ventilator since Nov 8, where she had a trake, feeding tube put in. My mother went to another rehab, which was horrible (they gave her the wrong food and she choked). My mother was rushed to Good Sam, where it was an excellent hospital. I was so nervous, searching other places for my mother to get respiratory rehab. My mother has been at Northern Manor for 2 weeks. The staff at this place have been absolutely amazing. The respiratory team, therapy, nurses, nurse director, aides, and everyone in the building has been pleasant, loving, and compassionate. They have been accommodating, as I am a New York City Teacher and need extended visiting hours. My mother is my best friend and she deserves nothing but the best. Yes, nothing is perfect in life, but this place has done a great job so far. Thank you to all the staff at Northern Manor and please keep up the great work you all do.”

“It’s a fun, challenging course. However, I have quite a few complaints. The course is poorly managed; not a single employee can be found to ensure course of play is kept or that people stop blasting their music. Players can be often found blasting music making the blissful quiet experience of golf as rare as a unicorn. The pace of play is far too slow for a $50 game of golf. It took us just shy 3 hours to get through the front 9. Most of the fairways are flooded significantly after it rains making most of your shots even more difficult. The entire course has very poor drainage. A lot of the fairways had large puddles of water and nearly all of the area that didn’t was mud. And when it rains, the range can’t be open because it turns to mud. Good luck getting in practice swings before your game.”

Dr. Hatfield thoroughly explained my diagnosis using a 3D scan of my tooth, outlined all steps of the procedure, and kept me updated throughout. After completion, she confirmed success using x-rays and explained how she resolved the issue. Dr. Hatfield also provided easy-to-follow after-care instructions and called the next day to make sure I was feeling ok. I had no pain or discomfort following the procedure. “When Tresa is working the customer service counter it is always a 5 Star experience. Tresa is polite, professional, knowledgeable of USPS products & procedures, and very industrious. The same cannot be said of other USPS personnel. Stephanie has been our carrier for 14 years. We have lived in Phoenix, Chicago, and Cincinnati and Stephanie is by far & away the best USPS employee we have ever known. She is very hard working, always friendly, she handles our mail & packages as if they were her own, and she ALWAYS delivers our mail regardless of weather or other circumstances. She goes "above & beyond" her mandated responsibilities on a regular basis....Stephanie truly believes, and her work ethic proves it, that "neither rain, nor snow, nor heat, nor gloom of night" will keep her from her appointed rounds. In the world of USPS employees, Stephanie is one in a million.
