“We had our sons bday party scheduled here in March 2020 and was canceled due to covid shut down. One year later and we were able to host his 4th birthday party here with a few friends. “I really love this place. All the trainers make it fun. I had never been heavier in my life when I joined Game Changer for this Fitness Challenge. I have NEVER felt judged about my size there. I have serious knee, almost bone on bone, issues. I'm trying to put off knee replacements as long as possible. The small group training works the best for me because the trainers make adjustments in the exercises so I don't injure my knees further. My knees feel SO much better and are stronger today then they were 4 weeks ago. I also am more than a little competitive, give me a challenge and I'm going to take it. “Sat down for a bite at Ohmies, this afternoon and what a treat it was????????????????. It's a cozy little spot with tucked away in Roselle on Wood Ave. The atmosphere is earth, here. You even get that from the staff. Lite Spanish music playing in the background completes the ambiance to this little green jewel that gets a perfect kiss from the afternoon sun. I could sit here for hours. As for the food? I went with the Vegan Tuna and I had the Tropical Paradise Smoothie. Both were delicious, I can't wait to come back and try their other offerings. They've caught the vegan eye????????????”

“I started seeing Dr. Steven Bacall a little more than a year ago, after my first car accident. He was my last resort before I went for surgery. I had tried everything but nothing was helping me, no injections, no pain killer, no PT was able to alleviate the discomfort. Since my first appointment with Steve, I was also treated by Sara, the acupuncturist, attended a yoga class with Risa and I have become a regular at Kerri's Reiki Healing Circle, which meets once a months. I've also had my private Reiki sessions with Kerri. I really cannot put into words how amazing this group is! (but I will try). As I embark on a new path in my life's journey, I look back at the time I've spent at Springfield Holistic Wellness and I am filled with gratitude, for the selfless, constant, and unconditional care for both, my physical body as well as my spiritual/emotional body. This group really took care of me! I've received Chiropractic treatments, daily. I've received nutritional guidance, acupuncture treatments and Reiki Healing. I was completely immersed in selfless, constant, dedication to my overall well-being.
