From the book collections to the endless stationery items that are priced at an amazing rate. Even though I have visited the store numerous times I wanted to write this review because of the young gentlemen that I recently knew the name of "Abel" who I mainly see in the back of the miscellaneous section. The way that isles are organized when this young man is present is immaculate, the isles visited by him are organized by category and functionality making it easy to find what you are looking for without spending additional time sifting through items. Furthermore, the interactions that I had with him have been pleasant, from pointing out where specific items will be at, to helping test numerous electronics they have in store to show their functionality while sharing his knowledge on how to operate the specific electronic device is just amazing. We had to keep rescheduling the install because of construction issues but they always took it in stride. The team that installed the carpet did fantastic work. When the carpet came in and the install crew realized it came from two different dye lots they immediately called our attention to it - and Mitzi quickly reordered. So appreciate their attention to detail. I highly recommend them. The entire experience was a pleasure.”
