(August 16, 2020, 8:20 pm)Parking at this spring is difficult as you can't fully pull off the road. I stop for water here if I'm in the area as spring water is better than tap water, hands down. However, I find that the water here isn't always consistent. I have been here after a pop-up thunderstorm and the water has run murky. I'm used to the ice cold water from the Mine Hill Spring which unfortunately has been shut down now for years. Here the water can range from cool to cold, however, it's spring water and I still enjoy it more than the tap.
