(January 27, 2018, 11:22 pm)I had a membership at my local gym in the recent past and I would often find myself falling into a rut, becoming bored of the routine.
I wound up like many who find themselves paying for a membership that they would find a way to avoid. While I have to take ownership on that, I guess I was just looking for something different or more fulfilling.
Enter WcG. I decided to give fitness another try and Crossfit at WcG had been exactly what I was looking for; daily variety, supportive & friendly competition, and quality coaching. While you strive to improve yourself every day, WcG has a component for success that most traditional gyms lack, a sense of camaraderie & family.
I can’t thank our coaches and fellow members enough for their support helping me reach my fitness goals. If you’re looking for an intense workout with a positive vibe and great people, please stop by our new box. I’m pretty confident you’ll be impressed.
(January 27, 2018, 5:53 pm)This is a great atmosphere with great coaches, great workout partners and great friends. You will go here with the intention to work out and you will enjoy it. You will also walk out with a group of friends that you are happy to call extended family. Everyone excercises at their own comfort level and the coaches make sure that you do the movements properly and grow. There is a real Team feeling here and everyone encourages one another.
(January 27, 2018, 5:49 pm)I was immediately welcomed by Crossfit WcG. Everyone is so helpful, patient, supportive, kind, friendly and wonderful. The coaches are knowledgeable and give individual attention to each member. Workouts are scaled to your own level and you are always pushed to do YOUR best. It’s not just a gym or a box, but a community and a family.
(November 29, 2017, 5:35 pm)I stumbled across this box driving down the road. I had no idea what to expect walking in the doors. Everyone there welcomed me with open arms and helped me out with not only working out but being a better person. I consider everyone their my second family and look forward to everyday going and seeing everyone as they smash there own goals and help me achieve mine. Truly one of a kind place. 5 stars is not enough. I give this place a 10.
