“I came to Top Tier to have full body paint protection film and ceramic coating applied to my Lucid Air. Having found this shop based on a Google search, I was unsure of the kind of service I would receive. The owner, Eddie, was a pleasure to work with and booked an appointment for me with ease over the phone. He was very accommodating when I had to reschedule my initial appointment due to a delay in delivery and even honored the pricing he originally quoted me. All of the staff at Top Tier Auto Spa are courteous and professional. They handled my car with the utmost care. This was the shop's first Lucid Air, but Eddie was very knowledgeable about the whole process and would call and text me routinely with updates. He even invited me to check in on the progress of their work periodically. He made me feel very comfortable that his team would do a great job. All in all, it took them a week to complete their work and it was impeccable. It is very hard to see any seams or edges of the PPF even when looking for them. When I came to pick up my car, he went through a detailed review of everything they did. Not only was this for my benefit, but it looked like Eddie himself was doing quality control to ensure the work was up to his standards. I would definitely recommend Top Tier Auto Spa to anyone looking for professional care care services. Their hand wash packages are very reasonably priced as are their detail packages. I will be bringing my Lucid and my other vehicles here for years to come as I wouldn't trust anyone else to clean my car. Eddie's extremely friendly attitude and excellent service have created a customer for life.”

“I always liked coming to this car wash. It used to give great washes at a reasonable price. But lately I noticed my car is not coming out as clean as it should be. My car isn't extra dirty either. Maybe the machines need new cloths or better soap or stronger pre rinse. I don't know exactly what is wrong but somethings off. The prices have increased substantially and I don't feel I'm getting my money's worth anymore. The staff is still super nice. I'll keep going until I find one that's better.”

“We purchased a monthly car wash package because it's nice to have during the winter months to clean the undercarriage from salt and snow. The best way to clean your car is definitely by hand to avoid scratches and get a nice thorough clean but in a pinch for time getting your car cleaned at the wash is just fine. The facility is pretty big and I never feel it's too crowded or that I have to wait long time. They also provide free towels to dry your car and don't hassle you with rushing off the vacuums or dry stations.”

Now many car wash around you do the vacuum yourself and then they expect you to get the monthly package. The crew here cleaned my car thoroughly and they even cleaned the floor mats as well not just vacuum them or shake them off. Although all was great, the guy taking payments was not pleasant at all as he seemed annoyed to ring me up and gave me a dirty look and did not say one word at all. Other than that, it was great!”

“What a great experience all the way around! Used the stay-in-car auto wash recently, then vacuumed out my car with the free vacuums on the way out. Will certainly return again soon for more services. They are building-out a detail center in the small structure that was formerly a self-service car wash (the type where you can spray off your vehicle without the need for an attendant to be present). They got rid of that service and are busy converting the area into a full detail and hand-wash center, which is right there on the property. You'll see it on the right as you drive in for the auto wash.”

“Sept 2022, love the fact that it is contactless interaction when paying the car wash. Everything is run by machines, and noticed lots of Car Wash are doing this now. Paid $14 for a wash that included tire shine. Only thing during the week I guess no one is available to dry the car, so I did it myself and saved $1 tip. All and all, I would come back here again because my car looked clean.”
