“Super cool machine and even fun to go through. Being that it only uses pressure and never has anything to rub the dirt or bird poop it doesn't do a perfect job. But if your car is clean and just needs a good sparkling then it works great. It could be that your supposed to use the self service part first to get off all the tough stuff and then go there. At drop off, everyone at the shop was so kind and pleasant to chat with. The detail facility was clean, organized, and made me feel very secure in trusting them with my car. They gave my car the works and she looks better than new with the windows tinted, ceramic coating, and paint protection film. Detailed Review: Brought a ten year old Toyota LC200 to Washington and he quoted me a fair price for what I wanted... thing is, he made my truck look like new. Totally floored. They removed a dent from the tailgate, cleaned up my headlights, paint-repaired the 1,586 chips in the front and applied a ceramic coating to enhance and preserve the aging and "experienced" clear-coat. There wasn't any nickel and diming and the process from start --> finish was exceptional. 10/10 suggest visiting Washington and team - it's as fun as it is a good investment in the maintenance of your vehicle. “I had recently bought a 2015 Scion FR-S Limited release 1.0. My buddy suggested I get it ceramic coated to protect it. I did my research and came across Ceramic Studio Worx, owned and operated by Jose. I read the reviews on Google, and after extensively reading their impressively professional and informed website, I decided to give it a chance. Let me say, It was the best decision I ever made! Jose was super nice and helpful from our first interaction. He e-mailed me back almost immediately after my inquiry for his top tier package. He gave me an estimate and walked me through the process. The day I dropped off my car, my first impression was nothing but great. We had an extended conversation and just shot the breeze about not just my car but cars in general. Jose is very personable and down to earth, and immediately, you can get a sense of his passion for his work and his extensive experience! He completed the car within the time frame he originally gave me and the estimated price. He even was honest about what he found when he worked on my car, that the car had 90% over spray and was repainted and that a the car must have had a panel replaced from damage because there were sand marks from a bodyshop. I would have NEVER known this without him letting me know. He had to perform slightly more work to get it looking as beautiful as it does now, but he still honored his original estimate. He even gave me a breakdown receipt of the work that was done and advised me to file it with my insurance company to keep it on file so there's proof of the work done to the car. I highly recommend Jose & Ceramic Studio Worx to EVERYONE who has a car they want to protect and look their best for years to come!”
