“I had an officer pull me over and write me a ticket for making a rapid lane change while I was lost in NJ. When I told her I was lost and that I was a Veteran with a perfect driving record she kindly told me that she would not give me the ticket--so I went on my way and didn't think about it again until over a year later when I received notice of failure to pay. From there the problem escalated and MD sent me a notice saying my license would be suspended. What a mess :-( I contacted Melissa Wysokowski who works for the court, and after a lot of hard work on her part as well as the other staff in her office my case was resolved fairly. I can't say enough good about my entire experience while dealing with the Edison Court. They were all not just professional-- but actually kind and friendly. I'm thankful that they actually care about the people that they serve. From the Judge on down, this was a great experience. Their customer service was exceptional. “A lot has change in the court and for Good. Last time i was there was when i was a teen 12 years ago. I was in court on the 9th for a traffic ticket and i was glad to see young faces. The prosecutor was very helpful and even that he give me the options of no points for a fee the judge charge me even less than what he recommended. I was with my daughter's and the officer inside the court room( i believe his last name was Bariso) help me a lot and even he gives them glow in the dark sticks to my daughter's. I was the 3rd or 4th case called and send home quick. Very helpful court. In and out in less than 1 hour.”
