Adding to the urgency, was the fact that she was scheduled for a hip replacement the day after New Years, so the nature of her emergency was dire to say the least. “First of all - Dr. Kim hired people who are not only good at their job(s), but genuinely caring people. Kudos. Front desk people set the tone of an office, and for a dental office - having warm people greet and take care of you is very important. Even my reminder call is considerate, professional and not rushed at all. Five stars when it comes to Dr. Kim's professional and friendly staff. I came to Dr. Kim because of some faulty dental work from my previous dentist. He fixed it within moments and I have been going to him since. Dr. Kim is very thorough, a man of VERY few words, calm and makes me feel like this is not his first rodeo - which I need as a dentist. His dental tech is SUPER warm, plays good music and is very attentive. They make a great team and work together well when it comes to communication with myself, each other and the dentistry itself. If I have any questions, Dr. Kim answers it and if I have any concerns, he solves it. Oh! Not only is he good, he is fast. The fact I know I my appointment will start on time, he will be sitting in his chair within 2-3 minutes after I sit down and them I am out!?!? With HEALTHIER TEETH!?!?! Can't beat it. The last time I was at his office for fillings, I was not feeling comfortable with a filling, so while I was paying I brought it up. The young lady said "Really?", called him back upstairs. He patently listened, put on gloves and fixed it in 1 minute. He did not try to dismiss my feelings, he was like "Understood" and he fixed it. I am completely satisfied. In retrospect, I also like the fact that his staff feels comfortable enough to call him from another room to address my concerns. Speaks volumes. Seriously - the best dentist and facility I have gone to in a long time.”

“My DAUGHTER Mariah had four wisdom teeth out a week ago today. We highly recommend this practice for oral surgery. Dr. Frattellone & Dr. Nguyen (the anesthesiologist) were both excellent, they explained everything, and were very skilled. The office staff were excellent and explained all the pre & post op instructions very well. Both my daughter & I highly recommend this practice for oral surgery needs. The years of experience are evident and helpful, as the post-op instructions were 100% helpful & with the ice on & off every 20 minutes, massaging the area to decrease inflammation and improve blood flow to the area worked very well for my daughter. I am an OR nurse & I would highly recommend these Doctors. We felt very comfortable & my daughter said after the procedure, "they were really nice, it was no problem Mom."”

“Dr. B., without a doubt is truly the best orthodontist. I say this based on my experience. I had very bad teeth (edge to go edge) that were severely mispositioned. They were causing me headache, grinding them at night, and a not too good of an appearance. But, after visiting Dr. B., my teeth are now beautiful. No more edge-to-edge, no more grinding, and no more headache. The procedure lasted for nearly two years, and I used to love going to my monthly visits. The staff were so nice, professional, and caring. While many patients agonize about going to see a dentist, I actually was looking forward to it. In fact I fell and chipped my tooth pretty badly. Dr. Hipple built it out instead of capping it because it was less expensive for me when he could have just capped it and I would have never know.
