I was very impressed from the first moment I walked into this facility exhausted and unwilling to compromise on my high standard for what a storage facility should be providing for me. I was greeted by Preston who literally guided me to their seating area and sat down and fully listened to my journey that found me at their facility that afternoon. He complete heard me and found nothing wrong with what I was looking for in a facility and their management. He worked with me to find the perfect unit based on previous situations that had caused damage to my belongs. They very much actively walk the floors of the storage facility and check in everything. Christine literally called me as I was in the process of moving in and my storage unit was unlocked and called to tell so. I find that level of care outstanding! It is deeply appreciated as I travel a lot and trust that my belonging will be safe. Their Regional Manager is quite prompt in returning phone calls to address issues and actually resolve them. This facility hears me, meets my needs as if they were their own. They truly care about the residents of their facility! They are truly the best storage facility in the area after being with two other big corpse owned ones. A privately owned and managed facility is definitely the way to go with storage facilities for me! Much love and gratitude to the staff and management of this beautiful Randolph facility!”
