This location gets SUPER busy during lunchtime (options in teeny tiny Waterloo are lacking), but as long as you come before 11:30 or after 12:30, your wait should be minimal. The ingredients in my sandwiches have always been fresh, and the employees are attentive and friendly. When I tell them "LOTS OF BANANA PEPPERS" they don't skimp. The building itself is quite nice and has a little fireplace. I'm happy to have such a nice option near my office!”
