“I recommend coming to this location that the location in Lake Worth, Everyone that works in Lake Worth are really rude and unprofessional. They don’t care about you or trying to take care of you. I called the location in Lake Worth to try to make an appointment to get a temporary card and they said they were “booked” for the whole day. I called this location and she told me that they were booked as well but stated that she can take a short lunch to help me get a temporary card because she knows how it feels to not have a debit card. I really appreciate her doing that because not even the location in Lake Worth did that. I went into the location and she had everything set up for me so it didn’t even take 10min. This isn’t the first time they’ve helped me like this before, I always call Lake Worth first since it’s closer to me but selfish people don’t care in helping you.”

“The Best Ever! My kids have been patients for years. Started when they were so small that they would not even sit in the chair by themselves. We have had cleanings, a few fillings here and there and some extractions for orthodontics. All visits have been great. Love the doctors, love the hygienists and the front desk staff is very helpful with insurance submissions. I could not imagine taking my kids anywhere else.”

“At my appointment yesterday (when the whole world was shutting down and the parkway was almost empty), the Pinehurst staff were very reassuring about the cleanliness of their space. Their manner has always been fastidious and today was even more so. Joanie is my dream hygienist and once again worked her magic on me. Dr. Lee checked me out. I needed to see him about an issue just in case this virus thing gets worse before it gets better. He assured me that he is available for emergencies and that my calls would go to his cellphone. That is special! Alicia and Amanda at the front desk are always efficient and friendly as they take care of business for us. Mary and Elaine are always the very best. I live 40 minutes south of the Pinehurst office, but will always gladly make the trip.”

“Dr. Alkon is a great dentist and has been my dentist for the last 7 years now. I travel 40 minutes to see him at least 3 times a year just for a cleaning and check ups because I can’t imagine finding another dentist that I trust like I do him. He was recommended to me by a coworker when I re-broke a tooth near the job I used to have and I have kept going back ever since. The work he has done on me is solid and has lasted much longer, and with better quality, than dentists I used previously. And his advise is sound and conservative. When I get a cleaning, it’s a real cleaning. And when I’ve had urgent issues, I had no problem getting squeezed in and he was able to fix me up correctly. Plus, Dr. Alkon is extremely personable which makes the whole dentist experience a much nicer visit. I highly recommend Dr. Alkon!”

“Dr. Mauro is one of the kindest souls I’ve ever come across. I was in a tough position waiting on my dentist to come back from vacation and was in a tremendous amount of pain. I was searching on google for a dentist that was open late on a Friday night. The only office that answered was Dr. Mauro. As I told her what was going on, crying hysterical, she told me to come in. I asked her to just extract my tooth to get me out of pain but she went the extra mile for me and started the root canal I needed. I didn’t want to loose my tooth and she saved it. I am so incredibly grateful for her and what she did for me. Her kindness, sense of humor and one of a kind personality really makes the experience enjoyable (because we all know how much going to the dentist sucks). She’s a fantastic dentist and an even better person.”
