There are times when the occasional patient may have to wait a little longer to be seen while the doctor is working a little longer on someone else, but the dentists here will also provide the same extended service should that other patient need it as well. It''s a point of understanding. The dental assistance that work there are exceptional in performing their jobs and are very friendly as well. The same can be said of the ladies that work at the desk. She’s smart and funny and very personable. No wonder she has patients that are now family friends to her. Besides possessing good interpersonal skills she’s also talented at what she does. And helping her in achieving this balance are her assistants Vicki and Lara, both warm and easily likeable ladies. Dr Alex is able to accommodate my requests for walk in visits most of the time. And the best part is that I have often communicated with her regarding my dental issues during holidays, i.e she’s easily accessible as well. All in all I couldn’t ask for a better dentist.
