Recently, I had a severe toothache for several days and finally on Sunday night I called his office hoping I can get an appointment Monday first thing. I had a business trip Monday morning and was planning to miss my flight for a later arrival. Dr Townsend got the message and called me back Sunday night in less than 30 minutes. I explained my pain and he said ill meet you at the office in about 30 min. This was Sunday night!!! So 1 hour later and root canal completed I was back home with no pain and taking antibiotics and left on time for my business trip Monday morning. And his office called Monday to check up on me.
