“Dr Topper is phenomenal! A brilliant man who spent over 3 hours evaluating my daughter on her very first visit! This was years ago, she was almost finished with 2nd grade, and she already had a laundry list of difficulties which no one could seem to figure out. She had been in speech therapy since age 3) She was melting down literally every other day. My heart was breaking- we were both incredibly drained. Dr Topper completely and accurately diagnosed her within those 3 hours!! (Dyslexia) We felt like the weight of the world had been lifted from our shoulders! He gave us lots of guidance as to what our next steps should be. (As well as the necessary prescriptions so that her school had to offer accommodations. We had a long road ahead, but it was incredibly successful! Early intervention is key! We enrolled her in the incredible Winston School of Short Hills where she had Orton Gillingham daily in addition to her regular classes, as well as speech therapy and occupational therapy (for grades 4-8). (Dx- Dyslexia, Dysgraphia and Auto Processing Disorder) She graduated from 8th grade there and then spent 4 incredibly successful years at Rutgers Preparatory High School (they are excellent with IEP’s!). She then attended Muhlenberg College (on a Presidential Scholarship) and graduated Magna Cum Laude with a double major. (They also honor and work with IEP’s) I honestly still sing the praises of Dr Topper! He gave us an answer and direction when we felt like we were drowning. He is an excellent, knowledgeable, compassionate and thorough Pediatric Neurologist and a fabulous diagnostician. We will forever be grateful to him.”

They’re insensitive, negligent and unprofessional. I almost lost my child due these three physicians mentioned above. How I wish Dr. Neuwirth could leave to another group practice so the uncouth behavior of those physicians wouldn’t overshadow his good reputation.”
