I came by with two friends and we left satisfied trying the chicken cacciatore, meatball parmigiana, fiorentina style steak, and chicken francese. “This place is pretty wacky if you are not used to how things work in New Jersey there is a really Lively bar attached on one side to a liquor store and on the other side to the restaurant. Which is a bring your own. My server was incredibly polite efficient knowledgeable and professional. Her suggestion of chicken cutlet vodka which I had never had before but was like if that's the best thing that everybody orders I'll do it was a 12 out of 10 spectacular broccoli Rabe was great. The restaurant itself is very old school but clean don't hesitate to eat here it is fantastic and will be a go-to anytime I am in the area. The bar looks like fun I will probably give that a shot the next time”

“We always drive by this place and never stopped and today was the day. We go in, and the staff is very friendly and helpful. The restaurant is clean and quaint. We asked for recommendations on what to get and they immediately said gyro, so I got the lamb/beef gyro platter with Greek fries as the side and my husband got the chicken gyro on a pita with the Greek fries. 10/10. Everything is well seasoned, perfectly tender, and the perfect portion size. Highly recommend and will definitely be going back.”

“I am new-ish to the neighborhood and I've always been meaning to come in, but my job works a little later and I've never been able to catch the restaurant during their hours. I came in yesterday and ordered a prosciutto mozzarella sun-dried tomato balsamic sandwich and I can tell you hands-down that I almost cried because it was so delicious. I went back to the counter and introduced myself and I met Carmine himself and he welcomed me to the neighborhood and said to come in anytime and then he'll take care of me and that he has anything I want in terms of home groceries. he asked if I liked lentil soup and he packed me a cup of soup to go. i'm coming back and I'm bringing all my friends. A class act and an example of what a great business should be!”

I love that the offerings are Thai, Chinese, Japanese and sushi. BYO, and we will be back without question. We ordered each item that normally I will judge a restaurant by: pad Thai, Unagi, all he tuna, spicy tuna roll, scallion pancakes. Everything was phenomenal including the Philly roll which was just like having a delicious breakfast of lox and cream cheese. Definitely a new favorite place!”

Our Picanha Brazilian Steak (comes with fries and a big portion of coleslaw) featured pickled cauliflower and carrots which we thought was an interesting touch. “The food was delicious! My friends and I went to eat here. We were able to sit at one of the pizzeria style tables they have. It is very casual. We were given bread at our table. We shared a Calamari appetizer. It was so good the breading was nice and crispy. My pasta, penne Ala vodka with chicken, was delicious nice and so flavorful! The employees were so nice all young guys very polite. Highly recommend for a quick bite I have also ordered their pizza in the past for delivery it was so good I highly recommend!”

“i don't know why they get poor reviews but if you've eaten in a lot of korean places and you're not from korea like us then you'd find that this is one of the best places to eat korean food... black bean noodles... sweet and sour pork... gamjatang... seafood pancake... bulgogi... are some of our favorites and has been consistent for the longest time... it just so happens that this is located inside one of our fave groceries too... cheers!”
