( He is the only company who climbed on my roof, the rest of the company just walked around my house or used computer to given me an estimate.) He is professional with great customer service. Josh & GJ Contracting answered the phone right away, scheduled a time to give an estimate (I believe it was the same day) and sent a formal quote a couple days later. It was a very fair price and moved forward.
