“This review is for A-1 and they did an absolute fantastic job on my roof. I wanted to point out that I have had many other pressure washer/ roof cleaning companies come and give me estimates for my roof to be cleaned. I have a particularly difficult roof which is made of metal, and cannot be cleaned using the chemicals most roofs are cleaned with. Robert came and put my mind to rest. Robert and his crew are meticulous, and took extreme precaution to not let any of the solution get on my grass or my newly sealed driveway. The finished product was beyond my expectation. I am extremely satisfied with Robert and A-1 and am very happy I chose them. I will be using A-1 for all power washing and roof cleaning needs in the future. If I could give them more than five stars I would. The price point is also extremely competitive and fair as well. This is an update to the above review. As a new homeowner I wasn’t aware of how persistent lichen is and Robert and his crew didn’t disappoint on the matter. I contracted Robert and told him I still had a few spots after the initial clean, by no fault of his by the way. He immediately set up an appointment and returned to get rid of the lichen once and for all. This company stands by their words and work ethic. I am so happy I found A-1 and will be using them for as long as I have my home for routine maintenance cleaning.”

“We continue to have work performed by this Company. We scheduled to replace wooden soffets that were peeling below two of our bay windows. Nicole was GREAT in helping to get this work scheduled for us, despite one of their technicians having medical issues and therefore was unable to handle the job. Nicole worked diligently to reschedule the work and employed two other individuals who performed the job in a highly professional, satisfactory manner. They were friendly, explaining exactly what they were going to do and then went over all of the completed work with me. Thank you Ace Home Improvements and special thanks to Nicole! The technician, Steve, arrived promptly to perform the work on our garage doors. He was very friendly and professional. He did excellent work, and the garage door is operating very smoothly, much better than ever before. And he cleaned up after his work. We are thoroughly satisfied and would highly recommend them for future work. We recently called to arrange for repairs on a garage door. The individual that I spoke with, Nicole, was very friendly and professional. After explaining the work that we would need done, she indicated she would talk to one of the experts and get back to me promptly with the cost of the work. I received a call back the same day with the price and immediately scheduled the work to be done. He was very honest and pointed out where the trouble spots were and what they would cost. He gave a price that was fair and with no hidden costs. The roofers were on site within the week.
