“This small gym is incredible! It's extremely well managed, and houses three amazing fitness professional to help you meet your goals. Staff members know what they're doing and are serious about helping you reach your goal. I actually feel like I'm in a different place when I'm here and tend to lose track of time. The fitness classes are super easy to drop in on and I love how many times they are offered. I would recommend it to any tribal members who need help managing weight and/or diabetes.”
