“I rarely leave reviews, but I had to for my experience at The Mechanic. When I called The Mechanic, I spoke with a very helpful person named Chris. He listened to me, despite my incorrect terminology and answered my questions about pricing. I made an appointment for the next day. When I arrived the next morning, David helped me figure out exactly what I needed to have done. Oil change, tire rotation/balance and trip check. I could tell he knew exactly what he was doing; however, he didn't make me feel dumb for asking questions and voicing concerns. He took my number and said it would be a couple hours because they were busy. Sure enough, later on that afternoon, he called me with updates. He talked me through everything he found and what he would recommend for a vehicle with over 100,000 miles and for a long road trip. I had to call him back and ask him to repeat himself, which he did without any frustration. Overall, extremely happy with the customer service and the expertise at The Mechanic. It was an expensive day, but I am so happy that I went there for the work. I felt like I was treated with respect from beginning to end and I highly recommend others to take their vehicles to The Mechanic. Thank you.”

I like it that they have local produce and dairy, they might have local meat too but I'm a veggie so I don't know. I also like it that even though they're a small store they're paying their employees a higher wage during the pandemic.”

“I belonged to a First Convenience Bank back in 2010 and I wasn't happy back then. But coming into this particular Bank watching his bank manager and her employees with other customers is awesome. They treat people like they're their family. I have never seen any of them or heard any of them raise their voice or treat anybody without respect. If I was to go back to this bank it would be this one right here in Walmart. The manager, Tania Espinoza, is one of the best managers I have ever seen in almost any Bank especially this one. She treats her employees with respect and they respect her back. You will be treated like you belong in the family.”

I went into the store and got what I wanted and went to a register with my grandma and all she had was a bag of coins and have it to the lady I think her name started with a C and she took her time to count the coins. Tell you guys now my grandma doesn't speak very well English. And my grandma said sorry and she was one of the best person I ever met at a gas station and I hope I get to see her the next time I go there. Go to this has station really good service.”
