“There's so much pro's and con's here. Pro's being able to afford the rent. Con's not much safety as the gates are often broken and left OPEN for anyone to wonder in. And that's what happened one night our door bell rang my mate answered, 'she asked for cash because her husband was just arrested and she needed bail.' Pro's Angelo is one of the MOST helpful team member working here. The timeliness of his response is commendable. Con's they had enough money to build a DOG PARK but nothing for a family with children under the age of 12 years old. Pro's the pool in the summer time is amazing. Gym is not that bad either. Con's PARKING SUCKS here if you aren't paying for an appointment that has triple or double cart port.”

“This place is super nice. Beautiful wood floors and rugs throughout. Classic NM look. Very tasteful and nice details. Easy walking distance to Flying Star Cafe for coffee and breakfast. Not far from groceries and local restaurants. The place was spotless when I checked in. Close (10 minute drive) to Old Town and the Interstate. The kitchen lacks nothing - all the furnishings, pots, pans, etc. are there and everything looks brand new. The property is very well equipped. If you need it, it has it. The host Michael made himself available as need and was very helpful. He lives just down the street so he is there if you need him but you still have total privacy. When friends and family come to visit I will definitely put them up here.”
