Beginning with Ty Tanner from sales. He was patient and spent the afternoon helping me find the right trailer for my needs. Paul Belsher in Finance is absolutely amazing. He took extra time to make sure I understood the mountain of paperwork involved. He worked hard to make sure I got financed at the best interest rate possible. A lot of people just "do their job", but Paul knows his job and goes above and beyond with financing. A real asset when things "get real." Upon pick up of the RV Martin Hansen and trainee Dominic Gonzales spent well over an hour going over every part of the trailer in detail. They both went the extra mile to make sure I understood everything before I left. Martin definitely knows his products and Dominic is learning from a knowledgeable guy. Both have excellent customer service skills. I haven't had an opportunity to work with the service team yet, but if they are as amazing as everyone else I'm not worried. I definitely recommend purchasing from La Mesa in Albuquerque for a great deal and even better customer experience. These guys add value to the sale.”

“Used Car Yoda I bought a car from Sirous and Good Cars and it developed an issue after a couple of months. I took it to three highly reputable mechanics in Taos who all told me it was either the transmission or the motor. I called Sirous and was pretty upset/stressed out. He listened to my report about the car's symptoms and said he would have his mechanic look at it. He didn't think it was the transmission or the motor. I was quite skeptical. It turned out he was right and fixed the misaligned motor mount in an hour and didn't charge me. The car is driving great now. He was very calm and patient with me, did not get perturbed when I was stressed, didn't really say much at all actually, just said to bring him the car, which I did. Oh, he also dropped me off at the airport and picked me up so I could leave the car with him. He's a very honest man. I'm quite certain if anyone has had anything less than a satisfactory experience with him, he did all he could to help them or there was a simple miscommunication, as English is not his first language. I never wright reviews but I feel very confident about recommending Good Cars and Sirous to anyone. I hope anyone who has bought a car from him and feels good about it will spread the word as well.”
