“If you’re reading my review, it’s probably because you have a loved one who needs support and extra care. It seems our “system” for seniors is lacking in so many ways. My father has Alzheimer’s. I live 3 states away and I’m unable to monitor his needs and ensure he is properly cared for. I’m so fortunate to have met Pat. She is our local Albuquerque Patient Care Advocate for people who share my challenge. She connected me with another Patient Care Advocate in the same town as my father. I credit Pat for guiding me in the process of finding help for me and father. She is an angel. With her understanding and guidance, I am now able to properly monitor and care for my father. I’m very grateful.”

“The office staff is very professional and also very friendly. They even called me when I didn’t lock the door properly; actually leaving the unit unlocked even though my lock was locked. The unit I emptied today was just a small one, I have an additional one that’s one of the largest ones. It’s very easy getting to and from both units and the elevator worked every time to access the smaller unit. Carts were always available. Units were clean. Never too cold or too hot. All units are accessed from inside the building. Having a rear entrance saved me a lot of walking.”

“In touring, Maria the Executive Director was not only very kind, but showed love and appreciation for every Resident - and noticeably, even her staff! The Residents all seemed very happy; and you can tell that a lot of care and attention is spent on the Residents of this facility ! A true find! Maria's love for the Resident's families was also expressed, which made Westwind House stand out from the rest! May God bless all who enter and work under Maria's care! I loved the visit ! I would highly recommend touring and visiting if you are considering Assisted Living Facilities.”

“I was recommended to Dr. Mueller several years ago specifically for FNA of several thyroid nodules. I have a complicated medical history, and had undergone FNA about 10 years prior. The experience with Dr. Mueller was terrific. She has a calming manner, and explained the procedure thoroughly. She was even able to give me preliminary results at the time of the biopsy. Not sure about the one star review. Dr. Mueller and Petroglyph are offering world class services. Albuquerque is lucky to have these Pathology services here.”
