Got my car, which wasn't exactly what we needed, but Mike, the manager got involved and gave me his card to call to check if what we were looking for came in. Very helpful and considerate, out of his way. We left the airport and within 30 minutes Mike called with the perfect car. We returned, exchanged cars, had a great vacation. Mike is the best, a real asset. I probably should have hired him :)”
