The staff is so helpful and knowledgeable with setting up appointments and working with insurance claims, along with all being so friendly! When I had a dental emergency, they were able to get me right in to have it taken care of. I have always been afraid of going to the dentist, but they always make me feel comfortable and at ease. “When it comes to the big chains, it's the people that set them apart. Our hotel was clean, well tended, and dealt with the COVID restrictions beautifully and respectfully. But what is special here is the people at the front desk- Paul and the day attendant I spoke to several times (I believe he is the manager, I feel bad for not getting his name) were unfailingly helpful, kind, empathetic, and professional. This is particularly important because we didn't initially actually book with this hotel- we had made a reservation with another hotel that was abruptly cancelled outside of our control. We were exhausted, scared, and stranded and then Paul set us up quickly with a room, made sure we were comfortable, and in all ways made our night easier and better. Every interaction I had with the front desk staff was really pleasant, which is a HUGE deal for me as I have a disability that isn't always easy to see, so travel is incredibly stressful. It's great distance to Balloon Fiesta park, and considering the "quality" of the other hotels (even just within a half mile from this one) you're MUCH better off staying here. Solid value for the price, and peace of mind that you'll get your room quickly with a smile”

“Great people but they don’t have the parts. Thomas T was amazingly helpful. I really appreciate him. He helped us diagnose and showed us the parts we needed. Unfortunately, They did not have a complete fuel pump set and they did not have a fuel filter. We could only order a fuel filter. We got a fuel pressure kit and it did not work for our Honda accord, but Thomas gave us some workaround ideas.”

“If ya need insurance or or anything else talk to Mir sharifi he is a very nice guy on the phone and in person and helps any way he can to give ya the best deal and honest and made sure had all the coverage I needed for my vehicle most places will keep pressing ya to get other stuff he didn't he let me know what it covered and if I ever chose to add to what I had to let him know and left it at that so if need other insurance y'all will who I go through I have head injury so some stuff don't understand right away so if I had to double check something just to make sure I understood it right he was patient with me made things so much easier.”

“Had what I needed at a reasonable price, helped me load materials, and respected mask guidelines for health and safety. What more can one ask?! 5 Stars! :) I only needed about 4 feet of 24" culvert to widen the driveway on my rural property. Such projects always seem so-o-o-o simple, but I was amazed to learn that steel culvert pipe is very difficult to find in central NM. A construction business owner I know said the last time he needed steel culvert, the ONLY source he could find was Contech, at 98th and Central. And that's where I went! Got a "leftover" pipe for a few bucks a foot, a steel collar, and two rubber o-rings... all for well under $200! Now I have a MUCH wider culvert and a gravel truck on the way to widen that driveway. Thank you, Contech!”

From the lady that answered the phone, to the lady that greeted us and walked us back, to the amazing gentleman that took good care of my son, was just beyond my expectations. Great and kind employees. I wanted to specifically point out the amazing gentleman Tyler who took great care of my son. My 5 year old son with Autism was very scared and nervous and Tyler was so good at calming him down which hasn’t been possible by anyone else in 5 years. He patiently made my son feel comfortable in less than 5 minutes. I definitely recommend this place to Parents out there. I am just beyond grateful Tyler was kind and gentle with my little one. “I was having sciatic nerve pain in my right leg. I went to see Dr Sampedro and was so pleased with his method of treatment. I felt so much better after the first visit. He called the next day to see how I was doing and to see if I needed another treatment. He is not the kind of doctor that keeps you coming back unnecessarily. I did go back 1 more time.
