“They always have low gas prices, the store is clean, well stocked and the lines go fast. The only bad thing I can say for this store is that there is a cashier that is not friendly and she seems to have no customer service skills what so ever, at times seems to be absolutely miserable to be at work. All the employees have always been amazing except for this one young lady. You say "hello" and get no response, she will not tell you the total of your purchase and when you say "Thank you, goodbye" again, no response, just a blank stare. I think this has to do with the fact she is young and has never had customer service experience before, never the less there is never an excuse for poor customer service. I will stand in a longer line with another cashier before I will go to her register.”

HOWEVER I recently made a pit stop at the $1 tree on Standiford and Carver rds. While the items I purchased were of expected quality for the $ I paid the patience of your associates was A+. My daughter is 3 and can be quite the rebel especially in public places :: eyeroll :: Your staff was kind, courteous and did not give me the typical 'mom shaming' glares I've received at other stores. I was also genuinely shocked and pleased at the cleanliness of the place. Unlike almost all of the other $1 Tree location's in Modesto/Ceres the store on Standiford rd. is up to par.”

“I had to book a last minute stay in Raleigh and the hotel came through with a cute studio suite. The room was exceptionally clean and comfortable. The hotel required mask although many people weren't wearing them. There are a few gas stations and restaurants in walking distance of the hotel. I would have given it 5 stars but I reserved a 2 bedroom studio and was given a one bedroom suite instead.”
