“I am very thankful that my friend, Joanna asked me to participate in the T or C yoga retreat given by KundunYoga instructor, Marie-Aude. I've tried yoga off and on over the past couple of years and have only recently gotten fairly serious about hot yoga. However, this weekend ( April 5 - 7) yoga experience was one that has inspired me to continue to make yoga (with and without heat)-a regular part of my Life. I left this retreat feeling great.
