“Wow, I'm glad I'm not in banking. Most of the poor reviews here arise from people not being responsible with their money and getting fees when they overdraft. How is that any banks fault? Also, if transactions take a while to clear, does anyone realize it could be the merchant holding up the process and not the bank? I've had favorable experiences with Old National. Staff is friendly, efficient, and transactions have all been accurate. I love, love love that nobody at this bank pushes a bunch of products on me when I visit. Other banks are very pushy about wanting to sell me additional products I don't need (do you want to refinance your home loan? investment account? money market account?). If you want a no-pressure, easy-to-deal-with bank, then Old National is your best choice.”

“I belonged to a First Convenience Bank back in 2010 and I wasn't happy back then. But coming into this particular Bank watching his bank manager and her employees with other customers is awesome. They treat people like they're their family. I have never seen any of them or heard any of them raise their voice or treat anybody without respect. If I was to go back to this bank it would be this one right here in Walmart. The manager, Tania Espinoza, is one of the best managers I have ever seen in almost any Bank especially this one. She treats her employees with respect and they respect her back. You will be treated like you belong in the family.”

“I have been banking here for more than 7 years. There are few banks that truly feel like community banks with a personal touch. I really enjoy every time I walk into this bank. I have not come across any teller who does not know my name and hasn't been genuinely interested in how I am doing. I notice as others walk in or come to the drive-through, staff call them by their name and inquire on how they are doing as well. They have been prompt with any questions or services I have needed. I also notice they are helpful in reminding me on things I need to follow up on. I rarely have to wait more than a minute to be helped. I only wish they had more branches to bank with.”
