“I have had almost a perfect experience with Dr. Burger at Duke city primary Care. All of the staff are so nice and helpful. The only negative thing I have experienced is when I missed an appointment due to covid asked if I could have a refill on my prescriptions since it would be an entire month until my next appointment and the woman who does scheduling wasn't very accommodating and I explained to her that the kind of medicine I take is dangerous to stop cold turkey and that it could lead to hallucinations seizures and possibly death and I don't believe she asked my doctor about my situation because there is no way he would allow me to run out of the medication I take. So I feel as if she ignored the urgency and never passed on the message to my Dr. . Other than this situation everything else has met my expectations. I do recommend Duke City Primary.”
