“My mother was a resident at Morada Quintessence in early 2022, before she passed. Not only was my mother’s care impeccable, the front desk staff, care staff, and management were incredibly compassionate with and accommodating to our family and friends. My mother moved to Morada after moving from another facility, and while at Morada, her bed sores cleared up, her incontinent needs were taken care of timely, she was bathed regularly, the kitchen staff worked hard to find her food she could eat, her room was kept clean, and her clothing and bedding were laundered regularly. In particular, the care staff never left my mother’s room without making sure she was in reach of her call button (an issue we had at the previous facility she was in). The facility was secure from outsiders and COVID protocols were followed, keeping residents and visitors safe and healthy. Highly recommend this facility.”
