“Wow, I'm glad I'm not in banking. Most of the poor reviews here arise from people not being responsible with their money and getting fees when they overdraft. How is that any banks fault? Also, if transactions take a while to clear, does anyone realize it could be the merchant holding up the process and not the bank? I've had favorable experiences with Old National. Staff is friendly, efficient, and transactions have all been accurate. I love, love love that nobody at this bank pushes a bunch of products on me when I visit. Other banks are very pushy about wanting to sell me additional products I don't need (do you want to refinance your home loan? investment account? money market account?). If you want a no-pressure, easy-to-deal-with bank, then Old National is your best choice.”

The medical questionnaire is long but she reads it all and asks you questions regarding it. She is thorough, knowledgeable, and compassionate. No matter what option you pick the automated line will just hang up after telling you to go to website. How lazy we all have become Other then that, they always do great work. Things can't be perfect everytime which is why I know they will fix it right away. Also over herd a agent tell a customer that they did not need new windshield wipers after someone said she needed them. Love the honesty.”
