“Our experience here was mixed as our time in Albuquerque was. I would say this is one of the best daycares in ABQ (hence 4 stars), but wasn't great compared to other metro areas we have lived in which are more family friendly where it would be 2-3 stars (better schools, daycares, etc you don't get in ABQ). The big problem here, huge turnover and young, unexperienced staff. Our child was enrolled for 2.5 years starting at birth, over which all staff turned over roughly twice (all classes). Only one staff from when we started was still there when we left (the entire center). We never had a 6 month stretch in a class with the same teachers. This led to lots of disruption in learning and discipline. However, our child was always safe there, they had good facilities, and they did teach the children good material. Our new daycare in our new metro area has significantly more experienced teachers, our child is doing very well in learning, and is excited to go every day, but again you are stuck with what you can get in ABQ if you are stuck there.”
