“I rarely leave reviews, but I had to for my experience at The Mechanic. When I called The Mechanic, I spoke with a very helpful person named Chris. He listened to me, despite my incorrect terminology and answered my questions about pricing. I made an appointment for the next day. When I arrived the next morning, David helped me figure out exactly what I needed to have done. Oil change, tire rotation/balance and trip check. I could tell he knew exactly what he was doing; however, he didn't make me feel dumb for asking questions and voicing concerns. He took my number and said it would be a couple hours because they were busy. Sure enough, later on that afternoon, he called me with updates. He talked me through everything he found and what he would recommend for a vehicle with over 100,000 miles and for a long road trip. I had to call him back and ask him to repeat himself, which he did without any frustration. Overall, extremely happy with the customer service and the expertise at The Mechanic. It was an expensive day, but I am so happy that I went there for the work. I felt like I was treated with respect from beginning to end and I highly recommend others to take their vehicles to The Mechanic. Thank you.”

“I was able to get my thread cutter fixed. I give it four stars because they did not fix or tell me they couldn’t fix the cutter that cuts bobbin thread when inserting bobbin in case. I found the part on EBay and was able to fix for about 12 dollars. I had the machine at Bobs for 2 months and they did not fix problem. So I took it back and they said it would be front in line. Was not. About a month later took to Bernina and am very happy now.”

Update 5/29: After having missed scheduling an eye exam for the last two years I am proud to report that Eyes of NM is still delivering top-notch care and professionalism for their customers. I highly recommend checking them out! Called at about 1:30 yesterday, and was able to get into an appointment at 2:40. The office has been very clean and well put together every time I have been there for a visit. All of the staff that I had the pleasure of encountering were very professional, friendly, and explained every step of the way. This is a family-owned business and the owners went out of their way to come in on a Saturday to get Jeri started with her new CPAP equipment. Their personal, caring manner turned a difficult situation into a positive experience. Again, in the Spring of 2020, O2 Solutions came to our rescue.
