“Great place, always has something cool to see or experience. Parking is hit and miss and downtown is downtown. There is almost always an unhinged Christian preaching about the fires of hell on the corner. I would suggest visiting in the daylight and I’m not joking.”

“Just picked up the last of 9 pieces of art I had framed here. LOVED every single thing about the experience. The staff was extremely helpful, patient, knowledgeable and creative when helping me pick out frames. They never made me feel rushed or badly about my indecisiveness. I felt totally comfortable there during the entire experience. The framing work itself was consistently excellent across all 9 pieces. They do such a quality job with professionalism, creativity and friendliness. Not only am I taking all future framing to them, but I highly recommend them to everyone else. Thank you, Weems!”

“This low-key neighborhood gem is a truly underrated spot. An ABQ classic. Great happy hour specials and a good place for birthday parties for the kids! Will be back many times and have been going for over 15 years. Zesty atmosphere!”

“One of the things staff at Harwood like to say is "art is for everyone," and they really live by that motto. They create classes, workshops, and exhibitions for artists (and creatively-minded people) of all ages, and are an excellent resource for the Downtown-area. Friendly, fun, thoughtful, and dedicated to making sure everyone has access to art and artistic expression, Albuquerque is truly fortunate to have Harwood Art Center.”

“This place is different and a little strange but it's quite amazing. For the most part it is many dioramas and thousands of interesting things you have to look carefully to even see a tenth of them. Make sure you talk to the people there. The sailboat 10-year trip information is amazing. Yes this place is kind of rustic I really didn't mind and had to go back again.”

“This place is super fun! Plan to spend longer than an hour at this unique gem in the NE Heights of Albuquerque. Tons of local shops (you can find something for everyone!). Antiques, Tshirts/hats, plants, vintage shops etc. Also, there’s a super industrial inspired salon in the back! I believe there are 2 licensed barbers as well.... so fellas we’re not leaving you out! The owners are down to earth and kind! You’ll be glad that you stopped by this funky, friendly, artistic gem!”
